- Check the file type. Harmny takes MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC and OGG audio files. Video files and documents won't upload.
- Check your storage. The free plan includes 1 GB. Your storage is shown under Me. Delete songs you no longer need, or see Plans, storage and billing.
- Try a smaller file. A WAV file can be ten times the size of the same song as an MP3.
- Stay on the page until the upload finishes, and keep a steady connection. Wi-Fi is best for big files.
If a file came by WhatsApp or email, save it to your phone first, then add it from Library with Add a song. See How to add your first song.
