Work down this list. Most problems are sorted by the first two.
- Check your phone isn't on silent and the volume is up. On iPhone, the silent switch mutes web apps too.
- Check your connection. If you're offline, only downloaded songs will play. See Download songs to practise offline.
- Tap play again. Phones only allow sound to start from a tap, so if a song was loading when you switched apps, it may need one more tap.
- If the player says the song couldn't load, tap Try again.
- Close Harmny completely and open it again.
It stops when my phone locks
Music should keep playing with the screen off. On iPhone, the phone can pause web apps after you switch to a different app for a while. Come back to Harmny and press play.
