Most choirs already have a WhatsApp group, so that's the quickest way to bring everyone in.
Invite on WhatsApp
- Open Choir, open your choir, and go to its members. On your Rehearse screen you can also tap Invite singers.
- Tap Invite on WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp opens with a message and the join link already written. Pick your choir's group and send.
Anyone who taps the link can join while there's room in the choir, and picks their voice part as they join. Copy link and Other apps are there if you use something else.
Invite by email
Under Or invite by email, type or paste email addresses, one per line or separated by commas, and tap Send invites. Each person gets an email, and the invite waits for them on their Choir tab when they sign in with that address.
If the link gets passed around
Tap Reset link. The old link stops working, including in emails already sent, and a new one is made. People who already joined aren't affected.
