Add a rehearsal and a note for singers

Rehearsals tell your singers when and where to be, and carry the songs they should practise.

Add one

1. Open Choir, open your choir, and go to Rehearsals.
2. Tap Add a rehearsal.
3. Fill in the title, when it starts and where. Times are in Irish time (Dublin).
4. Add a Note for singers if you like, such as "Bring your folder. We start with the Gloria."
5. Save.

What singers see

• The rehearsal on their Rehearse screen, with a countdown.
• Your note, shown on their Rehearse screen until the rehearsal.
• An email about the new rehearsal and a reminder the day before, unless they've turned rehearsal emails off.

If you change or cancel a rehearsal, singers are told the same way.
