Deleting your account permanently removes your songs, playlists and other data from Harmny. It can't be undone.
Before you delete
- If you lead a choir, hand it over first. Open the choir, go to Members and tap Make leader next to someone else.
- Download any recordings you want to keep from their original source. Harmny can't give them back once they're deleted.
Delete it
- Go to Me and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and tap Yes, delete my account.
If you're on a paid plan, the subscription is cancelled straight away as part of this. If that step fails, nothing is deleted, and you can try again or get in touch.
Just want a break? You don't have to delete anything. Leave your choirs from the Choir tab and turn off rehearsal emails under Me.
